Being Her

Being Her is about twins with one lifestyle and two different personalities. Born and raised in Asmara, Eritrea. We became deaf at age of 7 at the same time due to unknown causes. Our bond is unbreakable. We do many things, we can finish each other’s sentences, read each other’s minds and feel each other’s pain. Yes, it’s real.

Hermon is a professional actress and Heroda landed her first commercial, she hopes to pursue a career in commercial modelling. We have a strong passion for fashion, travelling and culture living in London, U.K.

We don’t strive to look or be perfect. It’s all about self-expression and individuality. This is why we started our first blogs now because people are hungry for real inspiration and we want you to see what we’re wearing on clothes that we can afford, and most importantly our personality, that you can relate to us.

Hope you enjoy our journey of who we are through what we’re wearing and what we inspired.

Being deaf doesn’t stop us from what we want to do because we can do anything except hear.
“Life may not be the party we hoped for. But while we’re here we should dance”
